...home sweet home..

Wollie and me are heading home tonight for 2 weeks. So I won't be posting much cause I will be sipping wine with my friends, shopping with my mom and spending quality time with all the people I love and miss so much.

Marni did a range for h&m which launched beginning of March and people went crazy. They were standing outside the shops waiting and they sold out online within hours. Today I was lucky enough to find this gem (the only thing I liked and wanted) in one of the Munich h&m and added it to my shopping bag immediately. I love it!!!

...berlin berlin...

A while ago we met up with Peter and Sophie in Berlin. Wollie and me drove through on Friday night and we all stayed at Peter's mom. On Saturday morning the four of us did an awesome bicycle tour through Berlin, followed by loads of Guinness to celebrate  St. Patrick's Day.

...family birthday weekend...

I had such a great weekend. Celebrated my birthday on Friday with great people and felt so special. Had breakfast at the Gartnerplatz (cool arty area) around the corner from work, where Hille gave me a little Birthday cake. Then Svelleen and us went to Cavos, a awesome Greek restaurant for dinner and dancing. Instead of breaking plates they hand out boxes of serviettes that are thrown around. We had lots of wine and danced on the tables after dinner. It was great fun!

Then on Saturday and Sunday we had a family weekend with sun, food, beers and good company. It was great.

...its been waaaay too long...

Its been way to long since I last blogged...and now I am about to start watching the Sunday night movie. BUT tomorrow I will update the blog about all the things we've been up to in the last month. Here is a sneak peak...Hello Berlin :)

...fasching tuesday...

So on tuesday we celebrated Fasching, or Carnival. The entire city was dressed up and one big party. We were allowed to leave work at 12, which didn't happen cause we had a client meeting, but eventually we left at 15.30 and made our way to join the celebrations. Hille, Lisa and me dressed up as 'Venetian Seniorinas' and the other two team members went as ballerina and clown. So much fun. Here are some of the costumes but don't really give the impression of the craziness. Afterwards, Avantgarde organized a good party at the Niederlassung, which is a gin bar next to our office. Great fun, good times.

...first time for everything....

On Sunday, Svellen and us went to the Seehaus for Sunday lunch, which was delicious. Afterwards we went to play on the frozen lake. Wow, how cool. People were skating around, playing ice hockey and being silly. Another great Sunday in the cold.
