...thats why we call it mountain biking...

Never thought the day would come but it has and I now own a Mountain bike. We planned to do the Isartrails last Sunday and wanted to rent a bike BUT ended up with a sparkly new bike with my name on it.

So on Sunday Biene, Basti, Svelleen, Alex, Bogger, Wollie and I went on a cycling mission. We met at 12.00 at the Zoo and made our way through the mud, sludge, hills, mountains and more hills all the way up to the Schäftlarn Abbey (Kloster Schäftlarn). We ate at a beautiful fish restaurant next to the river and had the best fish ever, probably because we were totally exhausted and hungry.

Then we had to go all the way back to where we started which was exhausting but great fun. Planning our next trip on Sunday. That one will be in the mountains :)
