...fasching tuesday...
So on tuesday we celebrated Fasching, or Carnival. The entire city was dressed up and one big party. We were allowed to leave work at 12, which didn't happen cause we had a client meeting, but eventually we left at 15.30 and made our way to join the celebrations. Hille, Lisa and me dressed up as 'Venetian Seniorinas' and the other two team members went as ballerina and clown. So much fun. Here are some of the costumes but don't really give the impression of the craziness. Afterwards, Avantgarde organized a good party at the Niederlassung, which is a gin bar next to our office. Great fun, good times.

...first time for everything....
On Sunday, Svellen and us went to the Seehaus for Sunday lunch, which was delicious. Afterwards we went to play on the frozen lake. Wow, how cool. People were skating around, playing ice hockey and being silly. Another great Sunday in the cold.

...self timer...
We did our save the dates with a self timer, positioned strategically on our TV cabinet and. It was hilarious cause I had to run back and forth, press the self timer and get back onto the couch and into position for the pic...we bumped heads a couple of times...here are some of our tries.
And these are the final pics....

...long weekend+snow+ski+friends+bars+food=good times...
We finally did our skii course last week Sunday and learnt the basics about skiing. This weekend, we took Thursday and Friday off and made our way to our first ski holiday. We stayed in Galtuer in this amazing apartment (thanks Sven for organizing) and then went skiing in Ischgl which is a very popular ski resort. We had waaay too much fun. Can't wait to go our next trip.

...something for the wall...
Have to do find ideas for work so I am browsing the interent for some inspiration and came across these awesome wall decorations on colossal. Its a guy called Frank Plant and he is a Barcelona-based American sculptor who works primarily with welded steal and look like delicate line drawings. I want the umbrella people for our flat, its so pretty.
